Ten steps to beating the recession

At OneCoach we have a bias for action. So while there’s a lot of hand-wringing going on over the state of the economy, we believe it’s actually the ideal time to act. It stands to reason that businesses that move boldly and assertively now will gain ground, while others retreat.

So yesterday we presented a OneCoach teleconference that gave listeners 10 steps to take now to move their businesses forward. It was really well-received. Here’s what one listener had to say:

“You’ve just outlined, in the short space of one hour, a Master’s Program in Business. Over my almost 40 years in business, I’ve heard bits and pieces of your 10 steps, been trained in some of them, but never have I seen such a precise, well-prepared stepwise plan. It is unimaginable that one, following your steps, could help but succeed. Pure genius! Thank you for the most informative hour I’ve spent in years…”
- Jim D.

You can judge the value of the call yourself, because we’ve made it and an accompanying PDF available for download here. It will be only be available for 72 hours, through the weekend.

Step one, just so you know, is to specifically define your vision for your company, and get yourself in the right mindset to succeed. Scott deMoulin delivers some great stuff on this, as does OneCoach CEO John Assaraf.

They cover 10 critical steps in all, laying out an action plan for how you can insure that your business continues to grow (and you make more money), recession or no recession.

At a time when all the headlines seem to be gloom and doom, this call might be just what you need to get your business back on track. Now really is the time to act, boldly and confidently – and the first step is to listen to the call.

What recession? How to prosper while others flounder

Parts of the economy have slowed down, there’s no doubt about it. But now is not the time for you to slow down.

In fact, the opposite is true. You can gain market share while your competitors are pulling back, provided you execute the right strategies and tactics.

Be on our free teleconference this Thursday at 5 p.m. Pacific to learn why now is the perfect time to:

  • Attract more of your ideal clients, who will:
    • Buy more from you, boosting your profits
    • Refer even more clients to you, growing your business exponentially
    • Stay customers for life, dramatically reducing your marketing costs
  • Say goodbye to deadbeat clients (and the stress they bring)
  • Craft a foolproof sales process so you close more prospects
  • Build a business that works for you, instead of you working for the business.

If you’re serious about growing your business, please join us for this teleconference. It will include access to the OneCoach Business-Growth Scorecard, so that you can rate your business and see if you are doing the right things to prosper in the coming months.

Space is limited, so if you are committed to seizing the opportunity presented by today’s economic conditions, register for the call now

What’s your biggest business challenge?

Every business has challenges. Most of the time, you the business owner, find a solution, create value, and move forward, happily and profitably.

But some business challenges have a way of becoming intractable. You can get stuck, and working harder doesn’t help. When the business suffers, so does your personal life. You lose sleep. You’re not sure what to do next.

Well, here’s a truth that sometimes gets overlooked: No matter how difficult they seem, the challenges you and your business are facing have already been overcome. Regardless of how specialized your business is, someone else in your field has already struggled and won.

It pays to know who your ideal client is

Regardless of the business you’re in, there’s a key factor that has a huge impact on your success. More than your location, or having a great idea, or working like a fool. Or even just being lucky.

Here it is: Knowing exactly who your ideal client is.

Think about it – when you know how old your clients are, where they live, what their concerns and needs and wants are, when you really know what makes them tick, you can push the hot buttons that compel them to buy. And you can avoid the high-maintenance clients who actually cost you time and money. It’s almost an unfair advantage!

John Assaraf is back on The Big Idea tonight

A few weeks ago, OneCoach Founder John Assaraf appeared on The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch. I don’t know if you caught it because it was quick — he made a short appearance near the end of the show. Well, he must have made a good impression because they invited him back!

John was in New York earlier today, and filmed a much longer segment, which will air on CNBC tonight at 10 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Pacific.

The theme of the show is Zero to Millions, and it’s full of great advice on how to grow your business, and they dispel three myths that hold entrepreneurs back from success.

John will share the set with Chris Gardner (who Will Smith portrayed in The Pursuit of Happyness) and Kaile Warren, who was homeless before he founded a franchise company called Rent-a-Husband.  They will discuss some really great business-building ideas, and it will be well worth your time to hear from them the secrets of how they did it. We’ve also assembled some complimentary OneCoach resources here for viewers of The Big Idea.

Once again, it’s The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, on CNBC tonight, Feb. 4, at 10 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Pacific. Tell your friends, and don’t miss it!
