Hi!
As a young publisher (Quebec) my biggest challenge, i would say, is getting journalists and the
mass media to read my publishings.
So i never get any free publicity nor any articles in the papers. As a result, the sales are very very low.

hi,
we are a couple of ladies that have started a business marketing a particular top quality brand of solar hot water heater, quite a new industry in S.Africa. Due to frequent power outages and a proposed tariff hike in the new year, the market is begining to show a lot of interest. However we are having difficulty clinching sales, we think it’s due to our product’s price, a bit on the high side compared to the competitors inferior products. Any suggestions?

We are a small company that builds high end custom homes in southern California. There is over 40 years of combined experience between the 3 of us that started this company a few years ago. We started on a shoestring and have a debt ratio we are uncomfortable with. We have gotten all of our jobs by word of mouth and are paying down the debt and moving forward with very happy clients. However, we need to be able to find a way to breathe as well as look at ways to bring in our next clients and create more flow. We’re an award winning company that is ready to move to the next level and it seems there must be a solution within reach.

Hello and thanks for the Great Blog you have set up!
My name is Yosuf Alsada and I’m 24. I live in Qatar which is in the Middle East,
I have a great automated home business, with great products to sell which I am proud of and I also have a marketing system which does most the work for me…
My sole purpose now is to market online and drive as much quality traffic to my capture pages…
Back in last April is when I first had my business up and running… and I have expected to see results by now but I haven’t even made a single sale yet…
As time goes by it seem to become harder and harder for me to remain positive about the results I’m getting (or rather; I’m not getting)…
It’s becoming a bit frustrating as the business and marketing model I’m using has a potential to start giving me a monthly income $50k-$100k after the first six months…
One problem could be that I don’t have a mentor to guide me and I feel Isolated and alone with my business sometimes because it’s located half way around the world from where I’m located, its seems I’m running out of time and money but this is really something I want to do and I want to be successful with my business…
I want to believe it’s possible to change my life forever and I intend to have a monthly income of $100k+ even though my yearly income for most of my life never exceeded $20,000 a year.
I would be eternally grateful if you could help me out or at least point me in the right direction…
Thanks a bunch

Oh one more thing I have purchased your One Coach program, and although I haven’t received it in the mail yet I have completed the online modules,
I was just wandering about practicing neural reconditioning, because I didn’t quite get it…
Is it just visualizing and living our goals in our mind?
Or is there an actual audio CD about the process that I have to wait to get from the mail?
Thanks again

Hi! My family owns a Video Rental store. We opened up in 1984 and we are fairly big, 18,0000plus sq. ft. My biggest challenge this year is we are losing customers we feel to Netflix. Our landlord a couple of years ago doubled our rent and between the two it feels hard. How do you market to bring in new customers in an industry when online is offfering so much less of a price for the same product? The video industury is and has always been in alot of changes. We are wanting to lose some rental space but have issues with the landlord and have 2 years left on a lease. Getting the overhead down is obvious, but not easy since the landlord is not workable.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I have a unique challenge and I am always told is a good problem to have! I get overwhelmed with calls for my window cleaning business from March through to October. I do not have enough cash flow to keep hiring more people but I can use 1 or 2 more.I recently expanded from home based to a shop/office and the transition although better for operations is making it harder to be profitable. This is my 16th year in business and I do very little marketing because I actually have to turn away some business. I have raised prices and I am still not sure if I have found the ceiling on that. How do I take it to the next level?

Hi Kirk and congratulations on your growth. I know that acknowledgment can feel tough to accept when you’re experiencing the burden of overwhelm.
I’m wondering if you remember the transformation in mindset you had to make when you took the plunge from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur?
I suspect from your comments that your next transformation is from Entrepreneurial Mode to Business Owner Mindset.
From the sounds of it, you’re right in the thick of one of biggest transition components: growth pains.
What often happens in a growth phase is that you’re so busy working “in” your company, you don’t have time to work “on” your company’s growth needs and challenges nor practice strategic planning.
Working “on” your company supports you in being a proactive business leader of the growth, rather than reactively allowing the busyness of business growth to drive you (into exhaustion).
Three things come to mind immediately in taking leadership of your company to the next level and building a more satisfying, balanced relationship to it:
1. Systems
2. Delegation
3. A book resource: E-Myth Revisted
The role and power of effective systems in decreasing overwhelm, increasing organization and expanding freedom cannot be overstated. This website resource can help you get started:

You deserve to feel good about your success, Kirk. I hope these items help you lead your company to that reward.
Best Regards, Sandy K. Kuehl, C.P.C.C.
