How to go from zero to $208K in revenue in six months
by OneCoach Team | posted on July 21st, 2008 | OneCoach Momentum Call
The mortgage industry is in the tank. And everyone knows that Michigan, home to GM and the other crumbling giants of the automotive industry, has been slammed hardest by the economic slowdown that is gripping the nation. Yet Traverse City, Michigan is where Corey Phelps launched his new mortage business earlier this year.
In that small town in the northern part of the state, his new company closed their first mortgage on Feb. 9. Since then, in just six months, his brand new company has recorded $208,000 in gross revenues on $13.54 million in mortgage volume.
Corey will be our guest this week on the OneCoach Momentum call. He is going to share with us exactly how he used the OneCoach Business Growth Network™ to innovate and launch his mortgage business into the stratosphere - despite being in the most economically depressed state in the country.
Register now to be on the call, and hear Corey tell in his own words how he did it - and how you can too - whatever business you’re in!

As a mortgage advisor myself I can say that Florida has been hit very similar to Michigan.
We have to think and act out of the box. With that in mind I believe that 2008 is a great year to buy a home as everyone is negotiating so you can get great deals. I invite you to read more why, by going to http://www.ArticlesByRacheli.com
I wanted to share with all of you a success story we hade.
